A little about me......
Hi! Im Megan, sole groomer from my lovely little salon here in Edlesborough.
Im a true animal lover, having grown up on and around farms and with a mum who had an equal passsion for animals.
In 2016 having worked with horses for years and at the time running a yard i decided to branch out and qualify as a dog groomer. Then after having my son in 2020 took the decision to say goodbye to horses and just work with dogs in and around busy mum life. A decision that served me well, so when my daughter came along in 2023 i decided to move business and set up from home here in Edlesborough.
Im a passionate groomer, and i love learning. Any course, seminar or just an opportunity to expand my knowledge i try and take it.

The cost of the puppy package above is just £99
If you wanted just a one off puppy session not part of the package they are from £25
What age?
Your puppys can start their grooming journey with me as soon as they've had their final Jabs. The sooner the better!
The puppy package is designed for puppies up to 6 months however if your dog is over 6 months and still to have their first groom we can certainly accomodate!
Why start young?
- Desensitisation- your dogs are much more accepting of new and potentialy scary experiances the younger they are. Exposing them to things that they will have to encounter throughout their lives early will hopefully lead to a happy and confidant dog in the groom room.
- Build a bond with the groomer- with a bond, your puppy is going to have far less seperation anxiety when you drop them off for there regular groom.
- Health- Its great to get into a regular rhythum of grooming to prevent matts and tangles from taking over but also have that 2nd pair of eyes and hands running over the dog thoroughly to pick up on any health changes that may occur.

Terms & Conditions
Health and welfare- Please inform me on arrival of any health or skin issues your dog may have, this includes ticks and fleas. If Fleas are found on your dog you will be charged an extra £10 salon sterilization.
Please inform me of any allergies that your dog may suffer from and whether they have reacted to any part of the grooming procedure previously.
If your dog is taken unwell, sickness and/or diarrhea then we will reschedule your appointment.
Safety – For mine and your dogs safety I ask that you disclose any behavioral issues your dog may have, whether that be nerves or aggression. If I deem your dogs behavior to be detrimental I may choose to stop the groom. Full charge will still be expected and then we can make a plan going forward to better help your dog.
Grooming accidents-Whilst every precaution is taken when grooming your dog unfortunate accidents may happen as we are working with sharp equipment. In the event that your dog needs to be taken to the vets you may be liable for the charge if the accident was due to poor behavior.
Matted coats – Matted coats happen for a number of reasons but to avoid them your dog needs to be groomed regularly according to the coat type. I do not De-Matt coats, this is not a pleasant process for the dog or myself. If your dog is matted then with permission I will shave down and then we can start again on a regular grooming schedule. I do not accept any liability for any conditions that may arise following the clipping of a matted dog. If you have any concerns then please ring me and we can discuss further.
Cancellations- I understand that life can get in the way unexpectedly and you may need to cancel or move your appointment. I ask that you give me as much notice as possible, less that 24hrs notice or a no show may result in full payment of the missed appointment being required before rescheduling.
Time Keeping- To avoid dogs overlapping I ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment, and collect your dog promptly once you’ve been informed they are done. If you arrive early to collect , please wait quietly outside until I’ve finished to avoid upsetting your dog.
Payments- Cash or card on collection. We have a shop across the road with a cash point and a post office if you need to withdraw cash.
Toileting – for your dog’s comfort please make sure they have been adequately exercised and toileted before their appointment
